You can edit this post in your wordpress admin panel in the Posts section. A post is like a blog entry, they will be organized on your site newest to oldest.
You can add images, and other advanced text types as well as include a featured image by selecting the Featured Image area on the right hand side and uploading a photo there. If you are displaying the post slider on the home page it will show the 3 most recent posts automatically.
